How movement brings your health holistically forward
You know that sports are good for your health, and you don’t need a personal trainer for that. But not everyone likes to go jogging, to the gym or to a sports club. You don’t have to. But you can’t do without exercise either. Because sports are not just healthy. Regular sporting activity is essential for a holistic state of physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Why is that? It improves your health on many different levels: You improve your cardiovascular function, you increase your endurance, you strengthen your muscles and optimize your flexibility. With the right workout, you’ll help maintain a healthy weight, strengthen your immune system, and reduce the risk of many chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. Even increased disease risks due to hereditary factors such as obesity or diabetes can be minimized – in combination with the appropriate dietary changes. So the right exercise training is also an absolutely sensible investment in a long, vital life.
And not only that: sport also has positive effects on mental health. Through sporting activities you release endorphins, which can increase your general well-being and reduce stress. Since exercise increases blood flow to the brain and stimulates neurotransmitter production, you can even reduce anxiety and depression and improve your cognitive function. In this way, our training together has a positive effect on your body, mind and soul.
Train the way that suits you
Maybe you have already tried sports, but at some point gave up in frustration because the desired results have not yet materialized. Or maybe you think sports aren’t your thing. No problem, we can work on that. After all, that’s just a mindset. And mindsets can be changed. With me as your fitness coach, you have a sparring partner at your side who will make sure you keep at it.
If you decide to do a personal training with me, I will first conduct a detailed anamnesis with you. On this basis, I develop a customized and effective training plan for you – taking into account your individual goals, your needs and your abilities.
Then it’s time for implementation: As your personal coach, I accompany you in 1:1 training sessions during your process. The fitness training takes place either in a fitness studio or in the great outdoors. Or, if it is not possible for you otherwise, also at your home. In addition to personal training, we will also bring more movement into your everyday life. Through everyday exercises and new habits you will achieve long-term positive effects on your health.
As a bonus, it’s also fun. All you have to do is get moving and make an initial appointment – I look forward to our conversation!
