Your investment in health
A single hour of coaching costs 130 EUR.
In order to make success in our cooperation measurable and effective, coaching should be scheduled at least once a month for a period of 6 to 12 months. We will find out which period is really recommendable for you in our first meeting. I would therefore be happy to meet you in person to find out whether and how I can best support you.

Initial interview
When we get to know each other, we talk about your wishes, goals and ideas that you have for our cooperation.

Anamnesis
During a detailed anamnesis (approx. 2 hours) we determine the ACTUAL state of your current situation and talk about your goals.

Laboratory analysis
We have your current values determined by an independent laboratory.

Evaluation & therapy plan
After anamnesis and evaluation of the laboratory values, you will receive an individual therapy plan from me.

Regular coaching
Together we work on your goals step by step.
